I'm bakayaro onna in most places (bjds, writing, art) and I received my first doll (Iplehouse SooRi LE) April 2006. By the end of that year I had seven guys: my SooRi, a Hound, a DZ Megi and Mo, a Orientdoll Tae and a Dollmore Elf Elly Banji and Lime. I also learned things that first year like all MSD-sized dolls are not created equal (Orientdolls are much smaller and Dollzones are taller than the standard size) and my SooRi was taller and slimmer than the typical SD-sized dolls. Basically, most of the clothes I bought my first three dolls were too short, too large or too small. I have too many dolls now, mostly tinies, and I also have jointed ABS and vinyl in my doll family, including Obitsu, Hujoo, Taeyang and Isul. I have three adopted dolls on layaway, a lot of Mushroom Peddler animal dolls coming in and a few new dolls on order. I am totally crazy... I have a lot of chronic health issues and my dolls are a way to keep creative when it is difficult to move a lot. I love doing photostories. I'm also known as that crazy woman with all the Gravitation anime/manga dolls. I have different incarnations of Eiri and Shuichi in various sizes and styles and they all have different personalities while still having the core personalities. I'm the creator/moderator of the FB group, DFW BJD Dreams - Resin, Vinyl, Plastic and Beyond©, where ALL dolls are welcome. I'm rambling so I'm going to stop now.

Hehe, being crazy is perfectly fine! Being normal is boring really. So welcome! That sounds like a lot of dolls. I have 14 dolls my self.

Umm...
... when all the pendings and the ones needing faceups are done...

35 is as many as I could stand at one time. So you are a braver person than I!

I'm sticking to 10 for now. One's on the way out and I have one on the way in. So glad no other dolls tickle my fancy currently (my wallet is relieved too!).

Nice to meet you. Normal? Normal where? Is it under my witches hat? No. Darn must have escaped again. Well you won't be the only one with dolls as a way to cope. I have a form of High functioning Autism called Aspergers. So I use my dolls as away to deal with a lot of stuff. So Virtual hugs. I can't wait to see your dollies.
